Workplace Coaching and Access to Work

I use a range of evidence-based coaching techniques that I am qualified to deliver, including habit and behaviour-change, motivational interviewing, effective goal-setting and cognitive behavioural therapy. In addition, I provide specialist Public Health guidance on a range of topics by keeping things simple, such as habit-change, mental wellbeing, stress management, healthy lifestyles and more.

In combination, these provide an unbeatable toolkit to create and maintain real change in the workplace.

A coach primarily focuses on helping individuals overcome challenges to achieve future goals, by setting actionable plans and leveraging their strengths, while a counsellor focuses on understanding and addressing past emotional issues and mental health concerns to facilitate healing.

Essentially, coaching is more future-orientated and action-based, while counselling is more past-focused and therapeutic.

Yes. I have extensive experience of supporting clients with multiple complex needs, including physical and mental health conditions, ADHD and autism.

Habit and behaviour-change coaching can be particularly effective in supporting those with complex needs as it breaks things down into simple and manageable chunks, so small habit changes can be embedded over time and lead to bigger changes long-term.

Yes. I am a strong advocate for inclusivity and support people of all gender, ages and backgrounds.

Having been through my own struggles I know exactly how hard that first step into the unknown can be. But coaching is a positive and exciting process which helps people make changes that they have wanted to make for a long time. Offering a safe and confidential space for them to truly be themselves, I am here to support and guide employees on their journey.

If individuals are motivated, committed and ready to make changes they have an excellent chance of seeing results. But life is unpredictable and everyone is different. Change can take time. How they progress will depend on their individual needs and how many sessions they receive.

My Coaching makes creating and sustaining changes straightforward, with visible progress at each step. Head over to my testimonials and check out what my clients say!

At our consultation, I will understand your needs and we will work together to establish the support package that will give you and your team the best chances of long-term success.
