1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the circumstances under which refunds may be issued to
learners who are not satisfied with their qualification course. By enrolling in the course, the
learner agrees to these terms.
2. Eligibility for Refund
• Learners are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of enrolment, in accordance
with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK Government, 2014).
• To qualify for a refund, the learner must submit a written request via email or the
organisation’s official refund form, stating the reasons for dissatisfaction.
• Refund requests received after 14 days from the date of enrolment may not be eligible,
except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 5).
3. Refund Process
• Upon receiving a refund request, the organisation will review the submission and may
ask for additional information or feedback to improve the course quality.
• If the request is approved, fees will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment
method.
• If physical materials were provided and received by the learner, these must be
returned in a resalable condition before a refund is processed.
4. Exclusions
• Refunds will not be granted if the learner has completed more than 25% of the course
content or has downloaded significant course material.
• No refund will be provided for fees related to external examination or registration if
these have already been paid to awarding bodies.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
• Refunds outside the standard 14-day period may be considered at the organisation’s
discretion in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other extenuating
circumstances. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Statutory Rights
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
