Terms and Conditions: Coaching Services Refund & Cancellation Policy for Kate Mountain, Health and Wellbeing.
Due to the nature of coaching, which requires a significant investment of time, energy, and resources, all sales are considered final. No refunds will be provided for coaching services already delivered. By purchasing these services, you agree to this policy.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, you forfeit that session, and no refund or make-up session will be provided.
- Pre-paid Sessions: If you have prepaid for a session and cancel with proper notice (24+ hours), you may reschedule at no cost.
- Partial Refunds: If you have purchased a coaching package (e.g., 3-month package) and choose to terminate the agreement early, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions or the current month in progress.
- Termination: At the discretion of the coach, if a client is deemed not to be a good fit, services may be terminated. A refund for un-rendered services (sessions not yet performed) may be considered, but is not guaranteed.
- No Refunds: All sales of digital downloads, online courses, and instant-access materials are final.
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching experience, please contact me directly at kate@katemountain.co.uk within 48 hours of your session to discuss your concerns. While refunds are not guaranteed, I am committed to ensuring you receive value and will work with you to find a resolution, such as modifying the coaching approach.
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. If you choose to stop coaching mid-programme, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.
- Services Already Provided: If you request to begin coaching services during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a full refund.
- Pro-Rata Charges: If you cancel after coaching has already commenced but before the 14 days are up, you will be refunded the total amount minus the value of the services already delivered.
- Digital Content: If you access, stream, or download any digital materials or online course content within the 14-day period, you expressively consent to waive your statutory right to cancel.
