We’ll combine the lessons we learned in the knowledge stage with behaviour change techniques to smash through limiting beliefs. Mindset, habits, and environment all play their part in your success.

    As my coaching focuses on long-term change I offer a minimum of 8 coaching sessions, to give you the best chance of success.

    I design bespoke coaching journeys that are tailored to your needs, working with you on a short, medium or long-term basis.

    I use a holistic, client-centred and strength-based approach to coaching. Meaning we look at all of you, not part of you, we focus on your capabilities not imperfections, and you’re in control of your journey, not me.

    I use a range of proven behaviour-change techniques that I am qualified to deliver, with the option of stealing these for your very own Real Change toolbox! In addition, I provide specialist guidance on a range of topics by keeping things simple, such as habit-change, mental wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and more. In combination, these provide an unbeatable toolkit to create and maintain Real Change!

    I have a decade of experience in professional health & wellbeing, as coach, trainer and specialist, offering a range of perspectives to help you create Real Change based on my unique professional and personal experience.

    I am a qualified Health Behaviour Change Coach, Life Coach and CBT Practitioner. As a Public Health professional, I have Faculty of Public Health membership and UKPHR registration, both requiring annual submission of CPD evidence to demonstrate I am working to a set level of standards and ethics.

    I have personally supported hundreds of clients to make and maintain positive long-term changes in both private and corporate settings, and have personal experience of transforming my own health and wellbeing.

    Yes. I have extensive experience of supporting clients with multiple complex needs, including physical and mental health conditions, ADHD and autism. 

    Habit and behaviour-change coaching can be particularly effective in supporting those with complex needs as it breaks things down into simple and manageable chunks, so small habit-changes can be embedded over time and lead to bigger changes long-term.

    If you are motivated, committed and ready to make changes you have an excellent chance of seeing results. But life is unpredictable and everyone is different. Change can take time. How you progress will depend on your individual needs, what you want to change, what you are facing in life and how many sessions you invest in. Real Change is a marathon not a sprint!

    You’ll receive your Real Change welcome pack before sessions start!

    I typically have a 3-4 week waiting time from consultation to support beginning. Clients often find this useful as it allows time to process the idea of coaching and get ready to start making changes.I keep in touch with you during this time to help you with anything you need.

    I offer sessions online virtually via zoom, teams or google meet (whichever is your preferred platform), or face to face at my practice in The New Forest.

    This is a common question for clients but one that we can work through together. Let’s untangle where you are, where you want to be and what you need to change. The Real Change Method helps you identify your priorities, set the right goals for you, and carve out a path which aligns with who you are and how you want your life to look.

    Working on one behaviour at a time gives you the best chance of success. However, the Real Change Method can be addictive and clients often find when they change one area of their life, a snowball effect happens, and positive changes occur in other areas without you even trying!

    The Real Change Method is designed to empower you and your self-reliance. The techniques I use are proven to work long-term, providing you are committed to the process. If committed, you will have an excellent chance of maintaining changes. But everyone is different. Between sessions you will have access to several helpful tools to keep you on track and I offer a complimentary ‘check-in’ session at 6 months just in case you need it!

    Yes, some clients like to work with me on a long-term basis. We will work together to find the coaching solution that works best for you.
